These terms govern your use of BookedObsessed. By creating an account you agree to them. We are a UK-based business and these terms are governed by English law.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by UK consumer law.
We deliver only to mainland UK addresses. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Risk passes to you upon delivery to your stated address.
Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider. All prices include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices with 30 days' notice.
Under UK consumer law you have a 14-day cancellation right for distance contracts. Contact hello@bookedobsessed.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded at no charge.
The community forum is available to active subscribers. You may not post content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, or infringes intellectual property. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
All content on this site, including the BookedObsessed name and logo, is our intellectual property. You may not reproduce it without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the preceding 3 months.
We will give 30 days' notice of material changes by email. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
